The Chinese thing accepts a Compact Flash card, so you'll either use a CF card or an adapter to use SD or micro-SD cards. Without an adapter, you have two options: the iFlash ATA1 (premium price, but known for reliability) or the cheap Chinese green thing (cheap, but unreliable and finicky). Storage in the 4th gen connects via a 44-pin IDE connector. I spent the past few days looking into doing this myself and I'll share what I've learned.
